For me as a chef and entrepreneur, gastronomy is all about constant evolution; I see every challenge as an opportunity to create something new and exciting. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working both locally and internationally with renowned restaurants and chefs, which has allowed me to refine my skills and continuously explore innovative techniques.

My early passion for the craftsmanship and drive to push boundaries led me into the world of culinary competitions, and becoming the Swedish Chef of the Year in 2016 was a defined moment in my career which expanded the world of opportunities. I have gained a lot of experience from competing on the global stage, as team captain for the Swedish Culinary Team 2017-2020 as well as representing Sweden in Bocuse d’Or 2023, the world’s most prestigious culinary competition. I've also had the honor of being in charge of the Menu for the Nobel Banquet in Stockholm 2022.
